PRICES OF THE WEEK

First July to 31 August 395 € per week
Of first September - 30 June 350 € per week

For tenants who do not want to clean before departure, a fee of 39.00 € is required (not valid for single nights and weekends)
Arrival: Saturday from 16 clock, departure Saturday before 10 clock
Weekends or at night only during the low season
Local tax: 0,40 € per night and per adult

An extensive documentation
allows you more familiar with the Alsace.

The living room: It consists of a sofa, chair, table and buffet. A library with numerous titles is available, as well as board games, a stereo, a television (TNT, French and German channels, and many more ...) DVD player (free library) WiFi Internet access, a phone with prepaid card is available.

The kitchen: It consists of a hob with 4 gas fire, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and sink 2 basins. And even coffee maker, toaster, electric fryer, pressure cooker, pots and pans and many more ....

The dining table and chairs, cupboard with crockery, high chair for babies

The first room is the largest. With a bed (140) bedside tables and lamps, cot, 2-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and armchair.

The second room: 2 beds (90) night tables and lamps, a wardrobe with 2-door wardrobe and a bookcase.

Sanitation: Separate toilets. Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, bathroom and closet with towels. Necessary for babies

The house stands in a quiet street in the vineyard and forest. In the near Nothalten center with its shops. It also allows to escape into the forest and the vineyards of several well-known paths and trails for hiking and sports.
